90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand fully behind every Moodie order. You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a refund — no lengthy forms, no runaround. If you are not completely happy for any reason, we will make it right.

How to Request a Refund
1. Email us at support@clickcraftventures.net with your order number.
2. Tell us briefly what the issue is — one sentence is enough.
3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
4. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost. You do not need to return the damaged item.

Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made more than 90 days after the delivery date.
- Items showing clear signs of intentional physical damage.
